We are currently seeking a Production Planner & Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM). This role is home-based with a salary of up to £30,000, depending on experience, and will require quarterly travel to the Bracknell site, as well as additional travel as needed.

As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering first-class customer service for our global client base. Reporting to the SCM Team Leader, your responsibilities will cover pre- and post-sales customer service, inventory management, and providing support to both SCM and Sales colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse customer requirements to provide high levels of customer service.
Efficiently manage sales orders in the ERP system, confirm orders, and coordinate shipments.
Support inbound/outbound logistics to meet customer requirements and On-Time Delivery (OTD) targets.
Create accurate inventory forecasts and demand plans for assigned accounts and suppliers.
Generate and distribute purchase orders to suppliers in a timely manner.
Manage inventory levels within financial and physical constraints.
Resolve customer complaints swiftly to ensure continued satisfaction.
Maintain timely distribution of supplier inbound shipping data.
Minimise slow or dead stock while adhering to inventory guidelines and customer contract terms.
Continuously review and improve customer-specific processes.Qualifications and Skills:

At least 3 years of experience in customer service and demand forecast planning.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
Familiarity with ERP systems and the ability to multitask across software applications.
Flexibility to adapt to changing market and team requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with multinational teams and senior stakeholders.
