Title: Lead Engineer
Client: Vehicle integration
Location: Norfolk

Platform Recruitment has partnered with a highly respected, tech start-up who are looking for a Lead Engineer to join a small multi-disciplinary team. You will play a crucial role in the company’s success by integrating their products into everyday automotive systems. You’ll take responsibility for the technical specifications, requirements and delivery of vehicle and system development, working on greenfield projects whilst leveraging existing infrastructure.

The role:
+ Develop and lead a multidisciplinary team
+ Manage product integration into various vehicle platforms
+ Take ownership of project delivery
+ Drive Continuous Improvement
+ Stakeholder management

Requirements:
+ Previous automotive, agricultural & vehicle industry experience
+ Experience in integrating electric systems into vehicles
+ Demonstrable project management experience
+ Strong understanding of CAN protocol
+ Ideally a mechanical design background - Solidworks
+ Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines
