Role: Multi Skilled Operative

Hours: 9am-5pm Mon/Tues/Wed

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Location: Norwich NR7 OWF

Office Angels National Accounts are looking for a candidate to provide on-going support for their client in Norwich.

As a multi skilled operative you will support the Scanning and Imaging team to ensure efficient, effective and proactive delivery of this service. Working within a records management environment the post holder will perform a variety of tasks covering all types of scanning, indexing/cataloguing of documents.

Main Duties and Accountability's:

Importing documents into the clients document management system platform when required.
The ability to use a variety of scanning devices to complete job requests consisting of different types of media.
Use a variety of finishing equipment to ensure that documents are prepared/indexed/finished to the correct specification.
Work efficiently across the range of software applications and scanning devices to optimise workflow and job turnaround time.
