We are recruiting for a number of Branch Managers, on behalf of our Electrical Wholesale client, who have branches based in West London.
Package / Benefits:
• Negotiable salary DOE.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maximising the contribution by the branch in line with the business plans and overall company policy and strategy.
• Providing training and development for staff.
• Participating in proactive and reactive sales – both internally and externally based.
• Responsible for managing and achieving branch budgets and targets.
• Developing strategies for increasing existing business, new business and lapsed accounts.
• Ensure that your team meet operational standards.
Skills / Experience:
• Electrical Wholesale experience.
• Thrives in a competitive sales environment and enjoys developing new business opportunities.
• Driving Licence.
• Confident working with key performance indicators with an impressive track record in delivering on sales, profit and margin targets.
