Are you a qualified Surgical Care Practitioner looking for a new opportunity? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a vibrant and professional theatre team at an "Outstanding" rated private care facility in London.

This full-time role comes with a competitive salary of up to £55,000. You'll be working in a state-of-the-art theatre, equipped with the latest Da Vinci Surgical Systems, and be part of one of the largest multi-specialty private robotic programmes in the UK.

Our client is part of a renowned private hospital organisation, offering four operating theatres offering a wide range of surgeries. With 49 patient bedrooms and four Level 3 ICU beds, they give exceptional treatment across a multitude of acute and complex care. They are dedicated to career progression, offering support and development to those aspiring to climb higher or broaden their knowledge.

As a Surgical Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the Theatre Manager and working closely with colleagues
Utilising your strong knowledge and experience in operating theatres
Understanding the perioperative needs of patients
Supervising a multi-disciplinary team providing the highest standard of patient care across a varied caseloadPackage and Benefits:

As a Surgical Care Practitioner, you will receive:

Qualification as a Surgical Care Practitioner (SCP) experienced in Robotics (Da Vinci)
Registration as a healthcare professional (e.g. nurse or ODP)
Recent experience in theatre nursing
An aptitude for clinical and operative practice
The ability to effectively manage the clinical area on a day-to-day basis and plan aheadIf you've previously held roles such as Operating Theatre Practitioner, Perioperative Nurse, Surgical Nurse, Operating Department Practitioner, or Theatre Nurse, this Surgical Care Practitioner role could be the perfect next step in your career.
