Based on site Monday to Friday!

We are currently recruiting for a great client based in the Dunstable area.

Your role

To be the first point of contact for clients on phone and emails
Process quotations and sales orders
Keep all clients up to date on orders and delivery times
Work closely with account managers and production
Manage live web chat
Keep in house system up to date
General adminIdeal Candidate

Excellent admin and organisational skills
Strong customer service
Excellent telephone manner
Can do attitude
