Are you a Business Development professional looking for a varied and autonomous role where you will be responsible for driving the growth of a market-leading fire and security company that offers fantastic benefits, life insurance, wellness programmes, continuous training, and a supportive work environment?

In this hybrid role, you'll have the opportunity to split your time between working from home and visiting clients across the Midlands. You'll conduct market research, generate leads, and manage relationships with both new and existing clients. You'll also have the chance to design and price integrated fire and security systems, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager with a background in the fire and security industry, looking to take on a pivotal role in the expansion of the business.

THE ROLE:

Developing new business opportunities
Managing and expanding client relationships
Designing and quoting fire and security systems
Working closely with the Group Sales Director to meet sales targets
THE PERSON:

Background within the fire and security industry
Strong client management skills
Based in or near the Midlands and happy with a hybrid working arrangement
