Provide individual support to a student in the Sixth Form, focusing on their unique needs.
Help implement personalized educational and care strategies.
Work with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure effective support.
Track and adapt strategies based on student progress.
Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN is crucial.
Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Capable of providing personal care.
A patient and proactive approach.
Enhanced DBS on the update service is mandatory.
