NEW VACANCY: ELECTRICAL BIAS MAINTENANCE ENGINEER **

Resourcing Group are currently working with an established FM provider who are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to work covering maintenance in commercial buildings.

Electrical Bias Building Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Locations: Luton, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire

Job Details:

Salary: £40,000 per annum
Working hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Locations covered: Luton, Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire
Contract: Permanent, full-time role
Sector: Commercial properties, including offices and shops

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance on commercial properties
Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults efficiently
Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in line with health and safety regulations
Managing and prioritizing maintenance requests

Requirements:

Electrical qualifications (such as 18th Edition, C&G/ NVQ Level 3, or equivalent)
Proven experience in building maintenance, particularly within a commercial setting
Full UK driving license
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Good communication and client-facing skills
