Job Role:

You will have a pivotal role in this award winning, full-service Garden Design and Installation Contractor. They offer a Garden Transformation service that includes the initial Design, installation of all of the hard and soft landscaping elements and ongoing maintenance. They have built a reputation for delivering the highest quality, award winning gardens, completed on time and on budget.

Their reputation has resulted in an order book that will keep everyone busy until the middle of next year and they are therefore looking take on an additional Site Foreman. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations on site, and together with a small team will create finished garden projects of up to £750,000. Their duties will include, interpreting the design drawings, marking out the site, defining the required tasks and undertaking these together with the team. They will be responsible for all aspects of site health and safety together with implementing the company’s environmental policies. They will also liaise with the office staff in respect to ordering materials and plant and report on the project progress to the management team. In short, they will be fully accountable for delivering the finished garden to the highest quality, on time!

Personal Attributes:

Candidates should have 4+ years landscaping and garden experience some of which will be in a supervisory role.

Benefits:

Salary £35,000 to £40,000 per Annum plus a Bonus that should add a further £5,000. Company van and Pension
