Our client, a leading care provider, is seeking a Dementia Nurse Practitioner to join their Specialist Dementia Care Community (SDCC) at a beautiful nursing home in Glasgow. As a Dementia Nurse Practitioner, you will:

Support, deliver, and coordinate person-centred dementia care.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve clinical outcomes.
Work within a multidisciplinary team of nursing, social care, psychology, and wellbeing practitioners.
Conduct holistic nursing assessments.
Provide general nursing and bio-psychosocial interventions.
Share knowledge and deliver best practices.
Use critical reflective practice.
Operate as an autonomous practitioner.

Commitment to quality care and professional development.
