Brook Street are recruiting for an Fines Officer based in Middleton Stoney on a temporary contract.
Initial contract until end of January 2025 with a view to the possibility of extension.
This is an office-based role (37 hours a week)

Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. HMCTS provides administrative support for the legal system across England and Wales, ensuring justice works for everyone.

From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently.

" Administrative experience with good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft office
" Excellent communication skills both oral and written
" Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others
" Compiling, verifying and reporting data
" Completing forms or reports
" Managing the workload of a small team, if required
" Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

This role will require some interaction with clients which involves making outbound calls

A DBS check will be required and full right to work documentation
