A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a prestigious £10m+ public building project in Camden. This 18-month, high-spec development offers a fantastic opportunity to gain full project lifecycle experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with cost management and budgeting

* Prepare and review tender and contract documents

* Support the team with valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Conduct on-site measurements and manage subcontractor packages

* Monitor project progress and ensure costs are controlled

* Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS, and Managing QS

* Ensure compliance with contract terms and client requirements
