Van Drivers Required

Parcelforce is the trusted express parcel delivery company for business and consumer parcels, delivering across the UK and Worldwide. You will be responsible for delivering parcels quickly and efficiently, by driving and/or walking on a dedicated route, whilst maintaining the clients high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service. The work is fast paced and outdoors in all weather conditions. Up to 60 local drops a day. Other duties may also include sorting of parcels within the delivery office and Van.

About You

Upbeat and self-motivated, you’ll be as happy working alone as you will be working as part of a team and getting to know the different people on your round. As a van driver, some previous experience as a professional driver is preferred although not essential. They deliver parcels come rain or shine, so we’re looking for people who like being outdoors whatever the weather, Some experience in a customer facing role would be ideal.

Driving licence requirements

• Full UK Driving licence, with no more than six points.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Upbeat and self-motivated.
• Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather.
• Good level of fitness to meet demands of the role.
• 5 year address history and security vetting check. (DBS)

You will be required to work 10:00-18:00, 5 days of 7 therefore will include weekend work.

Immediate start for up to 8 weeks possibly longer as we go into the peak period.
