Account Manager - Building Merchants

Salary - up to £32,000 + Commission

Hybrid - 2 days in the office

Location - Trafford Park, Manchester

Job purpose:

As a sales consultant, you will be a target orientated individual focused on delivering sales through service. Servicing our account customers through world class point of service contact you seek to maximise every sales opportunity by converting enquiries into revenue. You will gain a thorough understanding of our customers’ requirements and demonstrate the ability to upsell and cross sell each opportunity to increase revenue. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to continually hit targets and win new business whilst delivering world class customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to all inbound enquiries as quickly as possible to convert into an order, processing and managing from inbound (email/web/chat/phone) contact

* Raise contracts and administer customer orders with attention to detail to ensure we prevent queries, invoice issues and disputes at the front end of the transaction

* Work with our operations teams and those of our re-hire partners in a calm and collected way to ensure customers get the equipment they need when they need it

* Be inquisitive and establish what work our customers are doing to enable you to cross sell/upsell and direct the customer to maximise the sales opportunity and increase our average basket value

* Support customers with using our digital channels, helping them navigate and make the most of them

* Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services and educate our customers on the full range offered within the Group and maximise all cross-selling and upselling opportunities

* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI’s such as data conversion, call volumes, outbound calls, talk time and data enrichment.

* Drive sales through service by consultative selling, building strong customer relationships and maintaining a high standard of customer service

* Provide first class customer service at all times
