Alma Personnel are recruiting on behalf of their client for a Customer Support and Sales Administrator to be based on site.
As a Customer Support and Sales Administrator you will be supporting the sales teams in this multi tasking role, customer support and sales admin.
Tasks :-
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective support.
* Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, guiding customers through the setup, configuration, and use of product solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring all issues are logged, tracked, and resolved promptly.
* Provide guided support sessions when needed through Microsoft Teams and occasionally Zoom.
* Support the sales team by co-ordinating the sales inbox, trials, quotes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
* Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required.
* Accurate CRM data entry and maintenance, ensuring customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
* Conduct follow-ups from trials to ensure a smooth transition from sales to active usage, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Ensure planned and arranged customer contacts are completed when due through tasks within the CRM system
* Support customers through the renewal of contract and prospects through trials to ensure best value.
* Assist in on boarding new customers, providing guidance on product installation and helping them understand the full value of our solutions.
* Proactively reach out to existing customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services, up sell additional features, and manage renewals.
* Maximise potential use of products and have support needed to feel confident to renew our services.
Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related field preferred, but relevant work experience is highly valued.
Experience in a customer support, sales administration, or similar role, preferably in a technology or software environment is beneficial.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal teams.
* A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities with a customer-focused mindset
* Comfortable supporting the sales process from initial inquiry to finalising orders
* Demonstrates a friendly, consultative, professional approach that aligns with our values of honest, open interaction in supporting customer to a decision rather than a high-pressured, old-school sales approach
