ROLE: Credit Controller
HOURS: 08:30-17:00 Monday-Friday, Permanent Role
SALARY: £25,609.54 basic salary per year, plus excellent benefits
BASE: Hybrid/Clover Nook Site, Somercotes, Alfreton

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as a Credit Controller, based at our Clover Nook site, Somercotes, Alfreton. Once trained, this will become a Hybrid role.

WHAT OUR CREDIT CONTROLLERS DO:

Processing outstanding invoices
Contacting customers by telephone, email and letter re outstanding invoices
Resolving queries in a timely manner and responding to customer queries
Providing assistance to the overall Credit Control function when necessary
Dealing with own customer account base and managing live accounts
Working as a team to reduce average debtor days
Escalating any appropriate issues to the appropriate Credit Control Supervisor or Group Credit Manager
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CREDIT CONTROLLERS:

Recent and relevant Credit Control experience essential
SAP system experience could be an advantage, but is not essential
Ability to prioritise work to deadlines and manage time efficiently
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Ability to prioritise, manage time, and use initiative
The ability to work successfully in a busy process-driven environment
