Electrical Site Manager – Commercial Project

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team for an exciting commercial project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing electrical installations for commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with project specifications.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all electrical activities on-site, ensuring they meet project specifications and adhere to safety standards.

* Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades to ensure seamless progress of electrical works.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, managing site operations in line with SSSTS or SMSTS standards.

* Liaise with the Project Manager and other site personnel to ensure timelines are met without compromising on quality.

* Manage procurement of materials and ensure the site is fully equipped for daily tasks.

* Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring that all installations meet industry regulations.

Requirements:

* A minimum of 4 years’ experience as an Electrical Site Manager in commercial projects.

* Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications.

* SSSTS/SMSTS certification is essential.

* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors.

* Excellent understanding of health and safety protocols.
