Platform Support Engineer - Up to £55,000 + 2 Days onsite per week (London)

Our client, a fast-growing FinTech firm in investment management and financial advisory, is seeking a Platform Support Engineer, an Administrator/Engineer that can support Platform Engineering in managing, maintaining and supporting the AWS and Office platforms, helping with manage/build containerised platforms, performance/troubleshooting and support in Docker and Kubernetes.

This person will be passionate about technology, someone who is keen to learn new things and solution-focused.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ Years of experience in a similar Platform Support/Cloud Engineering type position.
• Have experience working with making AWS and Office platform improvements/maintenance.
• Resolving support requests logged via the Helpdesk system
• Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes, support, troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Linux Administration
• General enthusiasm to learn and pick up some of the above skills.
