We are looking for a Business Analyst for a client project in Munich/remotely.

Start Date: 14/10/2024

Duration: 27/01/2025, possible extensions

Location: 90% off site; 10% on site Munich

Task description:

• Business analysis services supporting the replacement of the Mattersphere system.
• Documentation of business processes and requirements for a new legal case management system;
• Assessment of ServiceNow Legal Matter Management with OpenText as the Back End document management system as a potential replacement.

Job requirements:

• Possess the skill set and experience of a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience of working with large, international public or private organisations.
• Proven experience with:
  • case management processes in a legal or semi-legal context
  • ServiceNow and OpenText.
• Proven effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• A good understanding of German and French languages would be an asset.
• Highly motivated, pro-active and service oriented.
• Ability to work with people of different cultures and in remote locations.
