Method Resourcing have partnered exclusively with a global media and entertainment company who are at the heart of the most unique and creative displays in the UK.

The role: You will provide hands-on support and management of the business's existing IT infrastructure ensuring an efficient, resilient, and secure computing environment for Team Members, customers and all third parties that use their facilities.

Skills and experience they are looking for:

• Completed or is studying towards a relevant associate-level qualification with Cisco (eg Cisco CCNA).

• Proficient using Windows Server (Server 2019 onwards) & virtualisation both on-premises and in the cloud (VMware vSphere), Switches, Routers & Firewalls (both Firepower Threat Defence and ASAs), who can support both Cisco IOS & NX-OS.

• Adept at WLANs, Cisco Meraki.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral

• Working knowledge and experience in using Cloud computing environments, particularly Microsoft Entra ID management & administration (including InTune) and supporting storage systems namely Dell EMC Isilon or Qumulo.

• Solid understanding of routing protocols such as EIGRP, and OSPF (with some basic understanding of BGP).

• Understanding QoS about VOIP, Video & WLAN traffic, multicast configuration and troubleshooting.
