Oracle C2M Expert - 6 months - Hybrid - Inside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M/CC&B Functional Consultant for a key role in designing and supporting Oracle-based utility solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects involving Oracle CC&B, C2M, and MDM, applying best practices and working across multiple business processes to deliver cohesive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and support of Oracle CC&B, C2M, and MDM, ensuring solutions align with client requirements.
• Document analysis sessions, identify fit/gap requirements, and facilitate approval of decision sheets.
• Review multiple designs and create a cohesive solution across various business processes.
• Conceptualize and deliver solutions that meet clients' scope, budget, and time constraints.
• Manage client expectations, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Promote and implement industry best practices in Oracle utility solutions.
• Engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle C2M, CC&B, and MDM, including modules like billing, payments, meter management, credit & collections, and customer service.
• Strong functional knowledge of utilities, including Commercial and Industrial utility customer management.
• Hands-on experience with Config tools such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business Script, Service Script, BPA Script, Zones, and Portals.
• Expertise in C2M/CC&B/MDM batches, algorithms, and plug-in points.
• Experience in solution design and project delivery, with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Contract Details:

• Duration: 6 months (View for Extension)
• Location: Hybrid - Hove and Exeter
• Day Rate: Up to £550 (Inside IR35)
• Start Date: ASAP
