Remote Network and Security Administrator (CCNA) - Europe

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification required.

- Zscaler Certified preferred.

- Proven experience in supporting enterprise-grade networks, including LAN, WAN, and Remote Access Services.

- Strong expertise in managing Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 (O365) environments.

Your Role:

As a Network and Security Administrator, your main focus will be on supporting Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Zero-Trust Network Access (ZTNA), along with managing tier-2 operations for IT telecommunications infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the security, stability, and efficiency of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and propose improvements for:

- Client connectivity profiles

- Internet security policies

- Application delivery systems

- Streamlining operations

- Present a detailed improvement plan within the first six months.

- Deploy approved changes to production by the ninth month.

- Review, document, and measure the benefits of the implemented changes by the end of the first year.

What We're Looking For:

- Deep knowledge of SASE and ZTNA principles.

- Solid understanding of Remote Access Services and Application Delivery technologies.

- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and how it applies to network operations.

- Experience implementing and managing Secure Access Service Edge technologies and Application-Layer Firewall policies.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a multicultural team environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
