Children’s Residential Support Worker – Solo Provision
Location: Bloxwich
Pay Rate: £14 per hour
Are you an experienced Children’s Residential Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? Our client is seeking a dedicated support worker for their solo provision in Bloxwich, providing one-on-one care and support to a young person with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to the young person, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
* Promote independence and positive outcomes through tailored support.
* Work in line with safeguarding policies, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the young person.
* Support the young person in education, social activities, and daily living skills.
* Work closely with external professionals, family members, and other team members.
Requirements:
* A minimum of Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent).
* Previous experience working in a children’s residential setting, ideally with complex needs.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to working with young people.
* Full UK Driving License
