TRANSPORT PLANNER

As a Transport Planner, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency of the transport operations

Your responsibilities as a Transport planner will include (but not limited to):

-plan and coordinate movement within the fleet,
-optimize routes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
-provide leadership of day-to-day transport operations, issues including dispatch debrief & work in progress,
-ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to our clients across the UK,
-monitor vehicle performance, strong focus on H&S, compliance,
- work with subcontractors to supplement own fleet and meet customers’ requirements,
-provide excellent customer service and communication at all levels,
-use of Excel, cloud-based documents.

Role is predominantly Monday to Friday, within office hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 28,000 - 36,000.00 per year
