Supply Teaching Assistant

Career Teachers are recruiting passionate and qualified Teaching Assistants to work in a range of Primary Schools in the Wakefield Education Authority. Successful applicants can work on a full time or part time basis.

Career Teachers support a range of schools including Independent, SEN and Faith Schools.

Working closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning both within and outside the classroom
Working with individuals and small groups to provide targeted interventions
Working on a 1:1 basis with children with additional needs
Setting up the classroom and ensuring learning materials and resources are available
Building rapport and strong relationships with children, staff and caregiversRequirements

Minimum qualification childcare level 3
Experience working with Primary age children
Enhanced DBS
Safeguarding level 1

All quoted rates are inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay.
