About the role

Vision for Education are looking to appoint a Primary SEND Teacher to work in a specialist setting teaching children with a range of complex needs and disabilities, including physical and medical needs at a large friendly SEND setting in Sleaford. This is a full-time, full planning role starting January 2025.

The school are looking for an ambitious Primary SEND Teacher who have a passion for teaching children with Special Educational Needs and can offer the very best teaching and learning to their pupils and ensure they achieve the excellent outcomes they deserve, helping them to achieve their aspirations. Previous experience of working in a special needs setting or knowledge and understanding of special needs education is essential as the schools are specifically looking for a Primary SEND Teacher who can work with pupils who have communication and interaction difficulties and other associated complex needs.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Primary SEND Teacher you will:

Previous experience of working in a special needs setting or knowledge and understanding of special needs education is essential
Teachers who can work with pupils with communication and interaction difficulties and other associated complex needs
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have excellent communication skills
Have a naturally calm, caring and nurturing nature
