Qualified Social Worker - Homes for Ukraine Team

London Borough of Camden are looking to expand their current team with a dedicated Social Worker looking for an opportunity to join a well-structured and organised team. This Adults Homes for Ukraine Team role will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.

Responsibilities include:

Undertaking adult and child safeguarding checks
Undertaking screening calls to Sponsors
Undertaking assessment visits to Sponsors to determine the suitability of the sponsor and their accommodation.
Supporting sponsors with DBS applications
Providing case management support to guests who have moved in with sponsors.

Experience preferred:

Post qualifying experience of working within an Adults Locality Team or Safeguarding Team.

The Team:

Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.

Minimum Requirements:

HCPC Registration
3 year post qualifying experience within UK Social Care industry
Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
Eligibility to work in the UK
