Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £85 - £100 per day

Aspire People are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant special school in Rochdale OL11. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with a range of special educational needs, helping them achieve their full potential in a caring and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with SEN on a 1:1 or group basis.
* Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
* Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a positive learning environment.
* Help students engage with the curriculum and manage their behaviour in line with school policies.

Requirements:
* Experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
* A passion for supporting children with a range of needs.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
* A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
