My 3PL client are actively seeking a Driver Trainer to work with their Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers across multiple sites in the UK.

The key responsibilities for the role of Driver Trainer based in Warrington will be:

* Delivering Driver training for WTD/Driver's hours, driving styles, infringements, vehicle and trailer inspections etc.

* Delivering Driver CPC training to ensure all are up to date and refreshers are completed.

* Creating training materials to update/support existing courses, and also add new courses to improve the current offering.

* Working alongside the Group Health & Safety Manager to reduce accidents and any issues of non-compliance.

The successful candidate for the role of Driver Trainer based in Warrington will have:

* A strong Logistics/Transport background.

* Experience working as a Driver Trainer.

* Great working knowledge of WTD/Driver's hours and other transport related compliance.

* The ability to improve and create training courses/materials.

* Great written and verbal communication skills.

* Great people skills, with the ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
