Program Manager Data Analytics/CRM vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the technology sector.

Your tasks:

• Partnering with cross-functional teams to launch dealmaking and compliance operations in specific markets
• Scoping existing projects with cross-functional leaders, including S&O, partnerships, legal, and finance
• Working with scaled workforce to scale template creation, connect data and coordinate automation
• Leading process and execution of feature development in the CRM system

Your experience/knowledge:

• 5+ years of experience working in program management
• Experience with CRM tools, scaled workforces, data and SQL is preferred
• Know-how of the news industry is preferred
• University degree or equivalent practical experience
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken

Your soft skills:

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
• Adaptability, flexibility, capability of working both independently and in teams
• Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
