The Role

As an Oracle ERP IT Business Systems Analyst/ERP IT Applications Analyst, you will provide comprehensive application functionality, configuration and support expertise for application software solutions.

You will work with business analysts, architects, technical experts and other Global software vendors on the solution requirements, design, configuration, functionality gap resolution, implementation, support, maintenance, and enhancement of the applications.

Key responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate Oracle ERP application functionality and provide recommendations to increase utilization of standard application functionality in order to improve business processes and capabilities.
Determine and document optimum application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications.

Develop expertise in latest Oracle ERP application changes and solution trends and functionality (provide functional recommendations as required.)

Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant vendors and work with them to improve application functionality and resolve functionality issues.

Act as subject matter expert and point of contact on content on all processes, procedures, and functionality associated with assigned applications for projects and application support.

Create and manage functional specifications for a given project from which programs and configurations will be applied to create the program, application, or complete solution.

Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.

Create complete Solution design documents, Test cases and Test scripts as required.

Create diagrams, models, and documentation to build a solution that meets buildability, business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
