Job Title: Lead Digital Consultant (Insurance)
Location: London (Hybrid - 2/3 days p/week in office/on client site)
Salary: Up to £150,000 p/annum + 30% Annual Bonus

CPS Group UK is working alongside a leading Global IT Consultancy, who are looking to hire a Lead Digital Consultant on a permanent basis. This role will sit within my client's Insurance Market unit.

As a Lead Digital Consultant, you will be operating at a Senior Director-level, and play a pivotal role in supporting organisations by optimising digital platforms, and deploying cutting edge technologies.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced consultant to work with and support some of the world's largest insurance clients in driving their UX digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive the UX design strategy for digital insurance products.
* Be responsible for leading a team of UX/UI designers and driving innovation.
* Provide consultation to insurance clients, offering best practices.
* Identify opportunities to improve digital capabilities of insurance products
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to continuously improve user experience

Essential Skills & Experience:

* Extensive experience in senior UX design roles
* Background in the insurance industry
* Proven track record of delivering successful UX digital transformations
* Experience managing large teams
* Strong ability to collaborate with C-suite stakeholders
* Commercial experience in a consultative role
