Objective

The Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with the sales and operations teams, the Sales Executive will establish and nurture business relationships with prospects and clients for a mutually successful long-term relationship.

Location: Philadelphia, Delaware County, Chester County, Main Line

Ability to sell a variety of services within the building maintenance industry. With an emphasis on recurring revenue and Janitorial Services.

Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments (goal 8-12 per month), understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.

Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts.

Conduct weekly prospecting activities.

Utilize and manage customer relationship management (CRM) system to maintain all prospect, client, and lead information.

Maintain and manage your prospects.

3-5 years in a B2B sales environment with track record for success

Bachelors Degree is preferred

Experience and working knowledge of CRM system

Hunters Mentality

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
