Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join the team and offer comprehensive, confidential support and crisis intervention for individuals, covering a wide array of emotional, behavioral issues. We commit to helping our clients gain relationships with themselves and their loved ones by creating a supportive environment where our clients can process and explore what is weighing them down, expanding self-awareness and self-perception. This position requires effective communication skills for interacting with diverse populations and the ability to provide consultative services to management, including organizational analysis.
Salary: $100-$105k per year, plus full benefits
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions.
Conducts evaluations and assessments
Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
Inspire hope that addiction is not a moral failing but a mental disease that can be overcome
Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Current licensure as LMFT in the Washington.
Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
