In support of our growth, we are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This role is critical in driving sales productivity, optimizing processes, and providing analytical support to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, a keen understanding of data analytics, and exceptional project management skills.

Main Responsibilities

Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance sales team performance and productivity.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.

Reporting: Create and maintain sales performance dashboards and regular reports to track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.

Training and Support: Train sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal use of resources and technology.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success, to align sales strategies and objectives.

Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including playbooks, presentations, and competitive intelligence resources.

CRM Management: Oversee the management and optimization of the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and compliance with sales processes, in conjunction with the CRM Manager.

Project Management: Lead special projects related to sales operations, including system implementations and process improvements.

Requirements

Professional Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Detail-oriented mindset, outstanding presentations skills, ability to “tell a story” using data.
