Requirements
Master's degree in Education, Research, Statistics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in research analysis or evaluation
Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata)
Strong knowledge of data collection methods and research design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner
