Responsibilities

Design and implement research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions

Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to identify research needs and objectives

Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Monitor trends in education research and apply findings to enhance WGU's offerings

Develop and maintain databases to manage academic performance data

Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and reports related to research initiatives.

Requirements

Master's degree in Education, Research, Statistics, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in research analysis or evaluation

Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata)

Strong knowledge of data collection methods and research design

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
