Full-time Physical Therapist

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapy to join our team. Salary:

$90,000-$120,000 per year (depending on experience) plus full benefits

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM

Types of Patients: Geriatric patients and Adults

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate physical abilities and limitations through comprehensive evaluations.

Keep records of the patient's medical history and follow all rules, regulations, and protocols

Create treatment strategies using a range of therapeutic methods for each patient

Perform physical therapy as directed by a doctor to reduce pain and improve mobility for patients

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case discussions and care planning.

Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Active Florida state license as Physical Therapist.

Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist,

Strong manual therapy skills and training.

Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).

Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.

Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
