Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand part requirements.
Monitor machine operations to ensure they are producing consistent quality products.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Document production data and maintain detailed records of machine operations.
Adhere to all safety standards and protocols in the workplace.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Proficiency in measuring tools and quality control techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime and adjust shifts as needed.
