Responsibilities

Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property, ensuring the right price under the best terms

Evaluate clients' desires and economic capabilities to make appropriate suggestions

Mediate dealings between sellers and buyers, fostering a beneficial understanding

Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability

Generate and manage lists of properties for sale

Requirements

Proven track record of sales and customer service

Ability to work autonomously, while effectively selling and communicating

Great listening skills and a friendly demeanor

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Must be 18 or older
