Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: Permanent Position

Work Setup: 3 days in the office; occasional travel required (10% local and 5% for client meetings/visits).

Our client in the Marketing Consulting industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and strategic self-starter, deeply passionate about solving high-impact business challenges through targeted marketing and communications strategies. The role of the Account Manager is crucial in fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth and success.

What you will do:

Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and act as their trusted advisor throughout their journey.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing client accounts. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics. Develop comprehensive strategic marketing and communications plans that align with the clients' goals and drive tangible results.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives while coordinating numerous vendors and our internal team. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.

Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client, advocating for their needs and preferences. Provide valuable feedback to internal teams to continuously improve our services and offerings.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices. Leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and propose innovative strategies to clients.

Performance Measurement: Implement metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and communications initiatives. Provide clients with regular reports and insights on their campaigns' performance.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, creative, and data analytics, to deliver cohesive and effective client solutions.
