The Senior Art Director leads concept development and translation for interactive marketing, omni-channel campaigns, web and motion-based projects.

You are a Senior Art Director who leads concept development and the translation and extension of concepts into visual designs for interactive marketing, online campaigns, web and motion-based projects. Under the direction of a Creative Lead (CD, ACD), you will work hands-on on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development. You will plan and build portions of projects independently or with junior creative staff or freelancers.Someone with strong conceptual and hands-on design skills, with a broad knowledge of interactive/digital, print experiences including web and mobile.

Conceptualize and implement designs for email, web, print, video and more

Set high creative standards while developing strategic and unique designs

Communicate with clients to gather feedback, change requests and negotiate design direction

Ensure that creative presentations to the client meet the highest professional standards

Communicate creative concepts and strategies to both clients and our internal team

Design comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts, and final deliverables

Brainstorm and develop campaigns while working with clients on multiple projects at once

Collaborate with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop inspiring and iconic work

Mentor and lead assigned Creative staff, and available to critique their work

Lead the effort to translate established creative direction into conceptual ideas

Participate as a Creative team member in new-business development efforts
