ServiceNow is seeking a GTM (Go-to-Market) Solution Architect to join our team, focused on developing next-generation Sales IT solutions.

At ServiceNow, our primary goal is to create an innovative IT ecosystem that provides a seamless experience for our partners, sales, and operations teams, streamlining the lead-to-cash process. We aim to boost productivity through automation and eliminate inefficiencies by implementing fully integrated, end-to-end sales systems.

As a GTM Solution Architect for sales systems like PRM (ServiceNow Platform), CRM Dynamics, SAP CPQ, Anaplan, and commissions, your role will involve developing the solution blueprint for your assigned domain which involves:

Business Problem Translation: Convert business challenges into clear solution areas.

Understand Bigger Picture: Ask questions to fully understand the future state vision and required capabilities

Conduct Impact Analysis: Evaluate the effects on different personas, current state, cross-functional impacts and dependencies.

Drive Cross-functional engagement: Identify dependencies and proactively engage teams to develop solutions.

Provide Recommendations: Provide well-informed solution options considering growth, scalability, performance, and user experience.

Research Industry Best Practices: Conduct research to incorporate leading practices into solutions.

Provide Guidance and Documentation: Publish guiding principles, maintain reference architecture, and create L2/L3 design documents.

Publish Technical Debt and Improvement: Identify and address technical debt and architecture improvement areas.

Bring Thought Leadership: Lead discussions by suggesting ideas and probing deeply into problems.

Gain Knowledge: Acquire a deep functional and technical understanding of products and systems.
