Job Description
The Executive Vice President, Creative Director leads the creative work that is produced on multiple accounts, depending on the account size and will be tasked with increasing brand awareness through traditional / omnichannel media. This leadership role includes assigning teams, inspiring those teams to product concepts and final work, and working with account management to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our creative work, the value of our services, and our responsiveness to their needs. This person will report into the CCO.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Establishes vision for the entire creative department within the framework of the total company vision
Motivates, inspires and gives strategic direction to the Creative department
Effectively leads leaders of the Creative department.
Sight and vision and ensures delivery of amazing work in the right places.
Approval of all work in order to gain a breadth of knowledge across an entire category.
Build relationships with key client decision-makers at the brand manager level and upper- management level.
Become a trusted, confident expert and leader to the client and the whole team.
Develop strong relationships and have a working knowledge across all departments: bridge communication between planning/insights and creative to mine the most insightful work; explore and push production capabilities working with production to continue delivering fresh,
breakthrough executions; build strong client relationships alongside account service leadership to elevate the quality of the work while strengthening the client relationship.

Understands business objectives and realities to orchestrate team success
Compelling, engaging storyteller presents to new and existing clients
