Job Description
Join the Resultant Brand and Marketing team as a Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand and Marketing, you will collaborate closely with the Brand and Marketing team to ensure a seamless request-to-execution process. You will oversee requests from various verticals, sales leads, and the growth marketing team, ensuring the full utilization of marketing technologies. Your role will be pivotal in planning projects and supporting the team as the go-to leader for daily issues, while also playing a key role in ongoing and ad-hoc reporting.
Manage processes, tools, metrics, and initiatives to achieve marketing goals and plans
Design, document, and implement optimized business processes; foster effective communication and change management throughout the organization
Provide training resources to boost adoption of new processes and tools and increase productivity across the Brand and Marketing team
Assess, design, evolve, and govern workflows across the Brand and Marketing team
Lead team in creation of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency
Establish and monitor KPIs to gauge progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement
Project manage the Brand and Marketing team’s ongoing content creation to ensure team resources are properly allocated and projects are delivered on time
Manage Brand and Marketing team’s budget; ensuring accurate forecasting, maintaining transparency across the team and various vertical leads, and implementing cost-effective strategies that maximize impact while keeping expenditures within approved limits
Support the Growth Marketing team in technical execution of marketing funnel set up and segmentation
Support CRM team in HubSpot maintenance; including but not limited to newsletters, landing pages, and forms, as well as understanding sales operations, workflows, integrations, reporting, and data quality
Assist with managing Resultant’s agency partners and marketing vendors
Oversee the MarTech stack; promote best practices and a culture of data-driven decision-making
Enable business units to leverage marketing and sales technology independently, aligning with company objectives
Collaborate with CRM, Finance, IT, Sales, and Growth Marketing teams to implement marketing technology and automate processes
Manage projects that affect brand and marketing during mergers and acquisitions (M&A); website, CRM, social media, MarTech stack, etc.
Lead the Marketing Operations team, encompassing high-level management of social media, event sponsorships, podcast production, website ownership, and CRM admin
Foster creativity, collaboration, and professional development across both the Marketing Operations team and the broader Brand and Marketing team
Support new Brand and Marketing team members throughout their onboarding
