Job Description
Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.
Arcadis seeks an Senior Project Architect to join its mixed-use team located in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a diverse and creative team dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem solving, with technical experience, and a drive to succeed. The position is focused on leading a team to the successful delivery of mid-to-large scale mixed-use projects domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities
Initiates and manages documentation standards
Comfortable working as a PA at the front end of a project (SD onwards)
Leads development of drawings from schematic through to construction documents
Ensures the technical integrity of documents using knowledge of applicable code and standards.
Client and consultant facing during milestone page turns and coordination meetings.
Collaborates with the design team to develop constructible solutions
Performs analytical tasks independently
Collaborates and coordinates with multiple consultants to ensure design and documentation meet project expectations
QC/QA of documentation
Mentors junior staff and helps inform technical solutions to design challenges
