Job Description

The Payment Products Development (PPD) division is the heart of Visa’s Technology Organization, managing VisaNet, the payment network enabling global commerce across all payment channels supported by Visa.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Operations to lead our global team in business and workforce planning, product delivery transformation, data analytics, reporting, and compliance. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing complex initiatives and driving organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a global team in business planning, product delivery transformation, and operations.

Ensure compliance with project management, security, and financial controls.

Manage a 2500-employee global workforce plan.

Lead the transition from Waterfall to Hybrid and Agile delivery models and tools.

Standardize data, metrics, and processes across various methodologies and tools.

Provide detailed reports and communications to stakeholders and executive management.

Offer data analytics to support executive decision-making.

Support technology planning through data analysis and presentation creation.

Facilitate cross-team and cross-location collaboration.

Drive divisional compliance with corporate processes and controls.

Develop operational metrics and dashboards for continuous improvement.

Lead financial forecasting, monitoring, and budget management.

Collaborate with project management, architecture, and engineering to define consistent metrics and reports.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
