About the role: Are you passionate about making a real difference in children's lives? We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Therapist to join a supportive and inclusive school in Barking and Dagenham. In this role, you will work with KS2 students, providing tailored therapy sessions to support their development of speech sounds, language, and social communication skills. You’ll have the opportunity to create and implement customised treatment plans, working one-on-one or in small groups to meet the individual needs of each child. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist.
• Experience working with primary school-aged children.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for supporting children with SEN needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy sessions for KS2 students.
• Assess and identify communication challenges in students.
• Develop and implement personalised therapy plans.
• Work closely with teachers and parents to support students’ progress.
• Monitor and report on student development and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
