The Role: SEND Teacher - Primary School - Croydon

As an SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with a variety of additional learning needs. You will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of pupils with SEND
Develop individual learning plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff and external specialists
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies as necessary
Work closely with parents, carers, and support staff to ensure each child receives holistic support

The ideal candidate will have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working with children with SEND in a primary school setting
A thorough understanding of SEND Code of Practice and best practices in SEND education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
