We are looking for compassionate Support Workers to join their permanent team, making a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable children.

Their mission is straightforward: to create a safe and stimulating environment where every student, regardless of abilities or challenges, can thrive through memorable experiences and activities that foster self-esteem and personal independence.

Key Details:

£11.72 ph to £12.20ph (linked to competency and qualifications)
Location: RoystonSupport Worker Benefits:

Comprehensive training and ongoing support
Welcome bonus paid in two instalments: 50% after completing probation and 50% after one year of service
Funded opportunity to pursue a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care

Provide personalized assistance with daily personal care routines.
Cultivate a positive and enriching environment by actively engaging students in stimulating activities.
Contribute significantly to providing a homely atmosphere within the registered children's home.
Demonstrate expertise in understanding and managing challenging behaviours that may arise due to the unique needs of students.Support Worker Requirements:

Empathy, enthusiasm, compassion, and mental, physical, and emotional resilience.
Ideally, candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of prior experience working with children/young people or within a similar Social Care setting.
